The space This house stands out for its spaciousness, tranquillity and proximity to the old town. The house has a capacity of 6 people and has 4 bedrooms, two with double bed, one with two beds, and a fourth which is accessed from the back door (where the car is parked) that can be used as an office, warehouse for your equipment or as a playroom (there’s internet / wi-fi). The main entrance is accessed from a pedestrian sidewalk, and provides access to a closed and protected from the wind terrace, with table and parasol for lunch or dinner at night (it is well illuminated and no car noises are heard). The ground floor also has a spacious living room with fireplace, a toilet and a large kitchen well equipped (fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher) table, and there is also a folding table. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor, all with outdoor lighting and built-in wardrobes. From the top floor there is access to another terrace where there is a small storeroom where the laundry can be made. Guest access The whole house is available for the customers. Other things to note The urbanisation has no pool, since it is located in the centre of the town, but if you often come to Tarifa you must know it is not a thing you miss since we have one of the best beaches of the world at five minutes, whereas the space, comfort and proximity to all points of interest are more important aspects to take into account, that will make your stay unforgettable.
