A private bedroom in a residential 4bhk apartment in a housing society for everyone from corporate officers to unmarried couples and from international travelers to localites. It's located in the heart of Pune city (roughly between Swargate and Shivaji nagar), also known as the peth city. The space Hello Air bnb family, Welcome to my apartment. It's a private bedroom in a 4bhk apartment in a residential housing cooperative society. This bedroom will be completely yours and no one will be allowed to disturb you. Also, I stay in the same house in another bedroom and will be available 24/7 for your convenience. It's couple friendly and all you need is a government ID (either aadhar card or passport. Pan card is not allowed) The room has a Queen size double bed, (with a 5 inches comfort mattress) clean Lenin (bed sheet), pillows and blankets. It has a fan and an AC which has a remote control access. Multiple sockets sockets for better accessibility and multiple electronic devices. Has a reading light besides the bed. It has a huge dressing table mirror (full body vision). There is a wardrobe where you keep your belongings and lock it. We would provide you will filtered water and glasses and you can refill it from the kitchen whenever required. you can bring ready to eat packets like Maggie etc and cook in the kitchen. (Full fledge cooking won't be possible). also, we know a local tiffin guy who provides meal at ₹60/- We do not provide breakfast. There would be room freshner. There is a dustbin in the room and is cleaned everyday for hygiene purpose. The daily cleaning in the room happens between 2pm to 3pm and if you don't want to be disturbed, let us know in advance. We do not have wifi internet as of now and it's in process, it may take a while The washroom is in the living room next to your bedroom. There will be hot water, Western Style WC with jet spray. There is a rain shower. Buckets and mug will be provided (if required). Soap will also be provided. We provide towels at an additional cost. I hope that solves all the doubts in mind. Guest access Apart from your private room, the common area consists of dining area and open to sky balcony. This is the place where you can chill, have your meals (we will provide the cutlery but you need to wash it after using it) We also have a smoking area which is the balcony of the house. Also, you can chill and play music (we have a music system in the balcony) and enjoy the greenary. The access to the kitchen will be limited. you can bring ready to eat packets like Maggie etc and cook it, full fledge cooking won't be possible. If you've got food from outside or you've Zomato it and you need to just heat it, it's no problem. Also, we know a local tiffin guy who provides meal at ₹60/- If you wanna do laundry, you can use the washing machine at an additional cost of Rs 350/cycle (machine size =7kg) (detergent provided). We have enough space in balcony for putting the washed clothes to dry. Also, you can use the iron as per your convenience During your stay I stay in the house and I'm available 24/7 either in person or over phone. I work from 9 to 6 and during that time you can get message me over whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and email. Whatever is convenient. Other things to note There is a reserved 2 wheeler parking in society. 4 wheeler park is not available in the society and would be a bit difficult to find around during peak hours in the day.
