Hua Hin Condo with 200m Pool & Private Beach

This modern beachfront 2-bedroom condo is in great location and has amenities that includes a 200+ meter swimming pool (including children's pool, water slide & jacuzzis) that leads you straight to the beach, gym, tennis & squash courts, free parking, and 24 hr security. It's also a short walk to Tesco and 7/11 stores, luxury spas, golf courses, several night markets, and a short drive to downtown Hua Hin. Perfect for families or those who seek privacy and complete relaxation. The space The space is specifically focused on bringing nature into the home with high ceilings and big sliding doors to the terrace. The unit is on the ground floor, so you will be steps away from the 200-meter pool, and a very short walk to the beach. There, you are able to rent jet skis and banana boats, ride horses along the beach, or simply enjoy a book or two on the sun beds provided. The condo is fully air-conditioned, but has an open plan living area so you can enjoy the outside breeze. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities (fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc) and the dining table comfortably accommodates 6 people. The porch also has a table for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. * Regrettably, we can only accommodate bookings with a 1 MONTH MINIMUM stay due to building regulations. However, there are certain circumstances where we may consider exceptions to this rule. After the tenth year, we gave the place a well-deserved renovation, and after year #12, we decided to share it with others. As a family that travels a lot and relies on Airbnb, we do hope you enjoy this apartment as much as we continue to, and may you create memories with your family here, just like we have. Guest access Aside from the private pool and beach access, there is also a gym, tennis & squash courts, and a kid's playground (right across from the unit) for you to enjoy. The pool has sections that is safe for children, as well as a water slide and several jacuzzis. There is free parking if you have a car, and 24 hour security. The condo is located between many luxury resorts and spas including Chiva Som, Hyatt, Amari, Intercontinental and Marrakesh Resort. Essentials such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and towels are provided. Laundry and housekeeping services can be provided as well, but at an additional cost. Other things to note No smoking or shoes inside the condo please.
