Delightful apartment located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building, located in Piazza Indipendenza , very close to the SMN Central Station, a five-minute walk to Piazza San Marco and the Galleria dell 'Accademia, San Lorenzo market and Piazza del Duomo. The space A nice apartment on the second floor of an 19th century building, nearby Piazza Indipendenza, very close to the Central Railway Station of Santa Maria Novella and just at a five-minutes’ walking distance from Piazza San Marco, the Academy Gallery, San Lorenzo’s Central market, the Cathedral and the town centre with all its museums. The apartment is completely furnished and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Other things to note It will be a pleasure for us to accommodate you in our home, but to avoid future misunderstandings we would like to remind you of the following. As in all Italian accommodation facilities, there is an obligation on the part of the manager to collect personal data of guests for the purpose of communication to the local public security body, in compliance with the GDPR 2018 legislation. To improve your stay, please observe the following rules: - do not smoke inside the apartment. - to avoid excessive noise, especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - not to bring guests into the apartment. - to wash dishes and utensils after use. - to turn off the lights, electronic devices, and heating when you leave the house. - to close the windows and the dual-flow door when you leave. - not to throw parties out of respect for the neighborhood. - to have regard for the house and the decor. - to dispose of your waste daily, depositing it in the appropriate bins. The nearest ones are in Independence Square. - not to use multiple electrical devices such as washing machine, oven and hairdryer at the same time to avoid an electrical overload that could cause a temporary interruption of the electric current - Pets not allowed. The apartment is equipped with a special security lock: the keys cost € 50, and in case of loss you will be asked for the cost. Although the apartment is equipped with soap, toilet paper and some basic ingredients for the kitchen (oil, salt, sugar, etc.), garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and washing machine, in case these run out during your stay please stock up at your own expense, because you are not in a hotel. The house is equipped with bed linen and towels for 2 guests. LATE CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 16.00 to 21.00 (but if necessary we will agree on the exact time that will have an additional cost). The closest contaniers are located in Piazza Indipendenza. - do not use different electric appliances at the same time: eg. hair dryer, air conditioning, oven or washing machine, in order to avoid energy overload that could cause a blackout (however easily restorable from the ground floor switches). - animals are not admitted The apartment has a special safety lock. Please be very careful not to lose the key. The keys cost € 50 each, and in case of loss, we are sorry but we will have to charge you this amount to replace it with a duplicate. Although the apartment will be provided with an adeguate amount of washing up and washing machine soap, toilet paper and some basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, sugar), plastic bags for waste, (kitchen and bathroom) should you finish this material during your stay, your resupply will be at your own expenses, as you are not staying in a hotel.
