Important information: to access the apartment you have to climb some stairs. This property is located on the first floor and benefits from the use of the community pools ideal for families (opening hours may very depending on the season), and Mediterranean gardens, which are just a few steps away. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools, one opened seasonal (July and August) and the other one opened whole year. Puerto Alto is a quiet gated community a short walk from all local amenities, the bustling marina, Estepona beaches, and the charming old town. There are several great bars and restaurants in the area which offer a full range of Spanish meals and tapas, and most have an English menu. The location of the apartment is under an hour away drive from Malaga International Airport, nearby many acclaimed golf courses and other outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, horse riding and tennis. Puerto Banus is less than 20 minutes by car and Tarifa the windsurfing capital of Europe is approximately one hour away. Other things to note A deposit of €300 is required prior to your arrival.
