Picture yourself Rejuvenating at this relaxing getaway surrounded by the pristine forests & wildlife. It’s hard for me not to live here! The space *Very important! Please read the whole listing and my rules in their entirety before you book: A fully functional kitchen with easterly mountain views through the large sliding glass doors sits at the heart of Hillcrest Manor. The rustic style kitchen has newly updated stainless-steel appliances and all of the amenities you will need to prepare everything from your morning coffee to dinner. Along with the refrigerator, oven, and stove top other appliances and amenities include coffee grinds, tea kettle, coffee maker (filters provided), food processor, toaster, and microwave. Basics to cook with such as sugar, oil, pepper, salt, spices, and vinegar are provided. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, baking sheets, and kitchen utensils. Food storage supplies such as aluminum foil and Ziplock bags can be found in the drawers. A dishwasher, dish soap, paper towels, dishrags, and sponges are all available for cleanup. If anything is missing let me know and I’ll bring it right over The Master bathroom has a Whirlpool jacuzzi bathtub and shower, bidet, and toilet Paper. Fresh towels, Hair dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion are provided. This bathroom is equipped with a double sink 2 mirrors just above the vanity, a full-length mirror is installed on the back of the door. The second bathroom on the first floor has all the same Bathroom essentials listed in Master bathroom above and has a shower. The living room has Easterly mountain views through the large sliding glass door which also give you access to the back deck. The interior of this house has a unique Bavarian feel to it with beam and peg and beam cathedral ceilings, tastefully decorated with authentic German beer steins. Up to seven guests can relax in the living room with the two couches, accent chair, and rustic barn wood coffee table. The living room is equipped with a large smart TV, and small portable Bluetooth speaker. Hillcrest Manor is set up with 100 MBPS super-fast fiber optic WiFi, no password is required. This space is perfect for groups with plenty of sleeping arrangement options with room for 20. Extra guests can camp outside in tents on Hillcrest Manors spacious property but be advised that I do not supply tents or camping equipment. All bedrooms have lamps, end tables and fresh linens and pillows. The Master bedroom upstairs has 3 Queen sized beds and 1 twin size beds sleeping 7 with deck access through sliding glass doors. The 2nd bedroom that is downstairs has 2 queen size beds and a twin-size bed all together sleeping 5 and has a Smart flat screen TV. The 3rd room downstairs between the laundry room and bathroom has a king size bed sleeping 2 and at its feet there is a twin-size bed sleeping 1 so it sleeps 3 total. In the 4th bedroom there is 1 twin, 2 Queens sleeping a total of 5! Bedrooms 3 and 4 are separated with a laundry room/mud room, where you enter the house. You will need to go through bedroom 3 to get to room 4! Also there is a foosball table in this bedroom. There is dining seating for 14 in the dining room and kitchen. 8 seats on the stylish repurposed barn door dining table and 6 seats at the island bar. There is more seating for dining out on the deck and property when weather permits. Hillcrest Manor has a wraparound deck; BBQ propane grill and essentials; Fire pit with seating; (most supermarkets sell bundles of wood ); and a Hammock. This 3-acre hilly property offers and especially amazing view of the morning sunrise. The grounds are professionally maintained with outdoor seating and tables; apple trees; and a Tennis/Basketball court that also makes a great dance floor. A Horse stable (Not used), Sheds for storage of sports and beach equipment. It’s the Perfect property for private a getaway! The mud room entry way has Keyless entry, a Washer and Dryer and some Space for equipment and plenty of hooks for coats/jackets. Guest access Guests have access to the fully stocked house with everything you’ll need for a comfortable retreat and the entire private property. Other things to note *THIS AIRBNB IS CLEANED FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 CLEANING PROTOCOL** •The range in the Kitchen is not the same range in the pictures. The new one is the standard type that has a back •Long Stay Discounts Available •The freezer drawer for the refrigerator only opens up half way because it’s jammed and we are working on it getting fixed. It’s still usable but a little inconvenient. Not to worry! We have an additional freezer that is in the dining room that has 3.5 Sq ft of space. •In very low temperature in the winter at night the heating system can sometimes make banging noises which can be heard from a downstairs bedroom. We provide fans to block out noise if it’s uncomfortable to you. •You will have to go through the 3rd bedroom to get to the bathroom if you are sleeping in the 4th bedroom •I recommend spreading out showers. Hot water is limited when there are large groups, and it takes a bit to warm back up when it runs out. •When there is snow and ice on the deck it is off limits •You’ll have AT&T and some T-Mobile phone service in the area but you’ll also have service through wifi. Verizon is spotty in the area, I do have a Verizon booster in the house that occasionally doesn’t work and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in. Most providers now allow wifi calling and I have 100 MBPS super-fast fiber optic internet Wi-Fi. •A Professional lawn care company sometimes comes by to mow the lawn •The faucet water is safe to drink. •The house is located high up on a hill above a well-maintained road with privacy from the raod but you will hear cars from time to time. •Included utilities are noted in our listing. We are not responsible for lack of their availability due to acts of God, service reductions or interruptions, power outages, or equipment breakdowns beyond our control. When power outages Occur during big storms from a tree falling on an electrical line for instance. “Green Mountain Power” promptly fixes the power, Usually between 1-2 hours. •The driveway is professionally plowed and sanded when needed in the winter months but I recommend a 4 wheel drive car to get up the winding driveway when it is snowing. There are two sharp turns. You can park at the bottom of the driveway if necessary. Please make sure you are out of the way on the right side as close to the sign as possible so the plow truck can get by. •There are 2 flat screen smart TVs. One in the living room and one in a bedroom directly underneath! •We apologize if linens/towels are still drying upon your arrival.
