Leasing/Property Management Office: Guests are not permitted to enter the leasing or property management office. All communication with the complex should go through us as your hosts. Violations may result in a P5,000 fine. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, including vapes and e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a P5,000 fine plus potential costs incurred by losing the next guest's reservation due to lingering odors. There is a smoking area near the Main Gate. No Parties: Strictly no parties or noise violations allowed, as per condominium complex rules. A P10,000 fine will be imposed for rule violations, including unreported extra guests. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Maintenance: We rely on property management for general maintenance requests. Please be patient regarding minor fixes, such as blinds, curtains, or lightbulbs. Cleaning: Our cleaning fee assumes guests will leave the property in a courteous state. Excessive mess post-checkout will result in a P1,500 fee. The property is sanitized based on Airbnb standards, but particles may settle between cleaning and check-in. Child Safety: For added safety, children are not allowed on the balcony. Energy Conservation: Conserve water and electricity by turning off lights and unplugging chargers when not in use. Cooking: Light cooking is allowed, but avoid deep frying or producing excessive smoke. Clean cooking and dining utensils after each use to prevent attracting insects. Alterations & Cancellations: Requests for alterations outside the full refund window, as per our cancellation policy, cannot be accommodated.
