Apple TV 4K, Xbox One as 3D-BluRay-Player and Sony Sound System), an Bowers&Wilkins Sound system and Apple HomePods. The dining area seats up to 6 people. Behind the living room is a special place, the sunroom, which offers a unique view into the greenery outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped (oven with ceramic stove top, fridge, freezer, coffee machines, electric kettle, blender, toaster, pans, dishes and dish washer). A bath room with shower and the cozy guest room with an extendable day bed (160 x 200 cm) with a thick mattress (25cm) and a huge wardrobe is also on the floor. On the second floor is the master bed room with a comfortable designer kingsize bed (200 x 200 cm) with an extra thick mattress (30cm) for the ultimate sleeping experience. It is also equipped with a HomePod and a flat screen TV with Apple TV. The open gallery offers space for an office area with a Wifi printer. A second bathroom with bath tub is also upstairs. For bookings of 5 or 6 people a very comfortable queen-size air bed (152 x 200 x 46 cm) or single air bed (99 x 191 x 46 cm) will be prepared on the gallery or in the living room. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash and hairdryer are at your disposal. Coffee and tea will be provided. The usage of the washing machine, dryer, iron and steamer are permitted. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi (up to 200 Mbits/sec.) and cable TV. Air conditioning for hot summer days is provided. House rules: This is a strict non-smoking apartment. Smoking is prohibited! No parties / events! No other guests are allowed than the in guests in the Airbnb booking. Pets are not permitted!
