Equipped with high-quality designer furniture and the latest technical equipment, you can feel right at home. Thanks to the good public transport connections, the TRADE FAIR, the airport, Düsseldorf city center and also Cologne (city center and trade fair) are easy to reach. The Rhine, Benrath Castle, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The space The living room features a large designer couch, a 65-inch 3D-enabled TV (with Apple TV 4K, 3D Blu-ray player and Sony Sound System). Bowers & Wilkins Sound System and Apple HomePods are available on both floors for music enthusiasts. The open dining room can accommodate up to 6 people. As an unusual highlight, the apartment offers a conservatory with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and freezer with ice maker ("American Style Fridge"), microwave, coffee machines, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, blender and dishwasher. The shower room and a cozy guest room with pull-out day bed (mattress: 160 x 200 cm) and large wardrobe are also located on the lower floor. On the upper floor of the apartment, a high-quality king-size bed (mattress: 200 x 200 x 30 cm) in the bedroom ensures an excellent sleeping experience. The upper bedroom also offers plenty of storage space for clothes and a TV with Apple TV. On the floor there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub. The open gallery lends itself to use as an office with a Wi-Fi printer. If necessary, comfortable air beds can be set up on the mezzanine and in the living area for a 5th and 6th person. In the summer months, the apartment is kept pleasantly cool by an air conditioner (and possibly additional mobile air conditioners). No smoking inside the apartment! Parties / events are not allowed!
