Children friendly apt Latin Quarter

Very charming and cosy three-room apartment with perfect location in the unique Latin Quarter in the Inner City. Perfect for singles or a couple - also if you are travelling with a younger child. The space The Latin Quater neighbourhood is full of history and very cosy and lively. You will find boutique shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and cafés literally around the corner of the building. Make sure to visit the local hang-out café (café Next Door) right around the corner – that is where you will meet all the locals enjoying their morning coffee and they are almost always ready to share a bit of advice as to their favourite spots in Copenhagen :). And you can enjoy the favourable ‘street discount :) ! The apartment has a bedroom with a ‘built in’ double bed and a separate children bed (up to age approx. 4), a children's room with a 'high bed' (see pictures) with an extra bed size 90 x 200 cm for an older child / teenager, a living room) and a kitchen with a small dining area (suitable for 4-5 people). There is also a small combined toilet and bath room. The apartment is perfect for a single or a couple – also if you are travelling with a baby or younger child. You can stay up to 5 people in the apartment. 2 persons in the double bed in the bedroom, one person on the couch in the living room, which makes a very comfortable bed, and another two persons on an inflatable air mattresses, which I will provide you with. The kitchen is fully equipped (including combined owen/microwave oven) and there is a washing machine and outdoor drying facility. As in many old apartments in Copenhagen the toilet/bathroom is tinny with the shower placed over the sink, but it is functional – and you may consider it a 'local experience' :) Bed linen and towels are included (also for a baby / children). The price is per night for two guests. Check in is as a starting point from 3 pm., but I am flexible if the apartment is available earlier you are more than welcome to check in before 3 pm.) Guest access There is TV, free wi-fi and washing machine (out door drying facilities). You will have access to a beautiful and cosy back yard with table and chairs enabling you to enjoy a summer night out in the ‘private’ back yard (only accessible for the people living in the building) where you can have a barbeque. Other things to note If you are travelling with a child, you are welcome to use the toys in the apartment. There is also a small bath tub, where your baby / young child can get a quick bath . There is. a crib for a baby (age up to approx 2 years) in the bed room, that you are welcome to use. The side panels of the crib can as per the original design be removed. For safety reasons, I have chosen to fixate the side panels with zip ties to prevent unintended removal of the side bars. Zip ties not shown on the picture. Please note that there are not curtains in the apartment (typical for flats in Copenhagen). Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is a short distance from the Southern part of Sweden where you can go by a train to Malmø within half an hour.
