Indeed, for many of London's wealthiest visitors, super-funded new residents and a fair few locals this is a happening place.Primarily thanks to the game Monopoly, where the area is deigned to have London's most expensive property, Mayfair's sharp reputation precedes it. The smart neighbourhood is named after the annual Mayfair The space This is a 90-square-metre, three-million-pound apartment that is bright and airy and has all the amenities one could want. The kitchen has all Neff appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and juicer.There is also a washer and dryer. The apartment boasts American walnut flooring, and the main bedrooms have bespoke fitted furniture.Please note that a professional cleaning company is contracted to clean my apartment after each guest's visit. This period property which is listed with English heritage. The apartment is located on the third floor walk up with 4 apartments in the building. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note With the apartment being so centrally located you won't need to spend your money on taxis buses or tubes as everything you need is all within walking distance of my home. Please note an early check in of 12 noon is possible subject to availability at an additional cost of two hundred pounds.A late check in after 8pm incurs a late check in fee of one hundred pounds. Please note for guests 4 & 5 that a John Lewis sofa bed which folds up in seconds and is located in the living room.
