Furnished with: - 1 Double-sized, 1 Sofa bed, and 1 floor mattress - Pillows and blankets - Couch, coffee table and TV with cable - 2 AC units and 1 Electric Fan - Pocket wifi - Balcony TOILET AND BATH: - Hot & Cold Shower - With Toilet, Bidet Spray, and Sink - Toiletries are not included - Towels are provided KITCHEN: Items available for use are: - Refrigerator - Microwave - Utensils (Plates, Spoon & Fork, Glasses) - Induction Cooker - Range Hood Guest access Access to: - basketball court - tennis court - swimming pool & children's pool - gym Note: - First 3 guests may use the amenities for free. 4th guest and onwards will need to pay an additional fee to the building admin. - Kindly ask the guard to redirect you where to get the amenity pass. Amenity pass is required by the admin every visit. Other things to note Usual check-in time is 2pm but we're flexible as long as the room is already available while check-out is 12pm.
