The space ----- YOUR HOST ----- We rent the master bedroom of our apartment located in the most beautiful district of Aix-en-Provence. I am a psychologist, attached to Aix and Provence. Having already traveled a lot, I know how difficult it is to know which are the confidential addresses, visits or monuments not to be missed when you are a traveler. I will give you my best restaurant addresses, places not to be missed, and all the information to enhance your stay... -----THE APARTMENT AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD----- The private mansion is called Hotel Baron de Saizieu. The apartment is located in the Mazarin district, a semi-pedestrian historic district in the heart of Aix en Provence. The apartment was built in the 17th century, but it is completely renovated and has all the modern comforts you need. Located to the right of Cours Mirabeau, Aix's iconic artery with its many sidewalk cafes, it is therefore close to everything on foot... (shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, museums, exhibitions, parking lots and bus station (10'). The train station is 20 minutes away (bus to the bus station) -----THE ROOM----- The bedroom is 30 m² and has a large private bathroom and toilet and is away from the rest of the apartment. It has two double-glazed windows for added comfort… Overlooking the charming Rue du 4 Septembre and on your right the Fountain of the Four Dolphins, a jewel of Baroque art. The bathroom is equipped with a large oval bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet. It is fully decorated with smoked mirrors. A Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and a kettle and tea are available to you at will... ----- PRICES AND CONDITIONS ----- Total price is as shown on Airbnb. Check-in time is from 5pm. Let me know in advance what time you plan on arriving so I can get organized. Checkout time is 12pm. Linens and towels are provided. For €8 per person, breakfast is offered with organic ingredients from local producers purchased at the market. -----DIRECTIONS----- FROM TGV STATION there are shuttle buses that leave shortly after every TGV that stops at the train station. They will take you to Aix-en-Provence Bus Station in 25 minutes. From there, you can walk to the apartment; it is a 10-minute walk. Or you can also take a taxi. I'll be happy to welcome you and help you have a wonderful stay in my city! Guest access Private bedroom and bathroom The rest of the apartment is not accessible except the piano for music lovers... Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator access, but the stairs are wide. No reserved parking space. A set of keys is given to you for your complete independence... Tourist tax is included in the price...
