It is composed of: ▪︎ a beautiful living room composed of a fully equipped open kitchen, a high table with 4 chairs, a sofa, a desk area (with screen), a pretty glass roof and a bathroom/toilet. ▪︎ a beautiful naturally refreshed room (due to the proximity to the rock) offering a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed (new bedding) and a large dresser. The apartment opens onto a nice terrace in cement tiles equipped with a table for 6 people and offers a very nice view of the wooded garden, the Japanese pond, the hills, the protected pine trees nearby. You can enjoy the garden and pool that are shared with our family (when we are there). We provide a plancha and electric barbecue on request. Guest access It is possible to access the entire garden, enjoy the swimming pool and the swing. We live at the top of the villa with our 2 daughters.
