Apartments: The bright seven room apartment with 195m2 is equipped with classic oak parquet, high ceilings, a large kitchen and is located on the ground floor. Room: Large room with a big bed, couch, desk and closet allows a pleasant long-term stay. Bathroom: Two new bathrooms and two separate toilets ensure a pleasant quality of life and increase the quality of life. Kitchen: A large American kitchen with seating encourages social interaction with other internationals and creates an open and communicative atmosphere. Location: Ideally located between the shopping streets Martinstrasse and Alserstrasse. Here you will find supermarkets, discounters, cafes, restaurants and all other local amenities. Public connection: The U6-AKH-Michelbeuern and numerous tram lines are only 3 minutes away. District: The 18th district of Vienna "Währing" is a safe and desirable district in Vienna with very friendly people, beautiful buildings and everything you need to live. Requests: I try to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. Guest access Common areas include the kitchen, bathrooms and the entrance area. The kitchen is a central meeting place in the apartment, where guests enjoy cooking, chatting and exchanging ideas with one another.
