Right off of College Avenue and only 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium, we are proud to call Happy Valley our Home. Our home is nestled in a family friendly neighborhood, and has incredible access to recreation and nightlife amenities. The space Not only do you have access to so many great places nearby, like the park and gazebo across the street, but our house is a great place for any group of people to feel like they are at home. In our 3 story home, there are 4 bedrooms upstairs, a large open space and dining room on the main floor and a large TV room and pool table in the basement. Feel free to relax on our back deck with a covered gazebo & BBQ, plenty of seating and a large firepit. Our yard is fenced and we even have backyard games available to use upon request! Guest access Guests can access the entire house and outdoor space, excluding the garage and one locked closet in the master bedroom.
