The Cottage built in 1890 by Captain John Maxwell Ferguson and utilised as family accommodation with joining timber yard to service the family business interests. Other things to note Parking must is situated at the rear of the building, limited to the first 3 bays as marked. Otherwise There is free on road parking between 4pm and 10am daily, Free on Sundays.
