Room with terrace in the centre of town

Private room with private bathroom right in the main square of town inside a liberty house built in the 1930s, the room faces a big terrace where you have your private space. On the other side of the house there are two other bedrooms, these other bedrooms don’t have access to the terrace. The space Private room in the centre of the town of Sant'Antioco, right in the main square and very near to the lagoon. This room is inside a liberty house built in the 1930s. Your space is composed by a bedroom with private bathroom and you have your own space in the terrace. In the bedroom there is a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are not shared space and there is not a kitchen. The entire house is quite big, this has been my family house and before that it was my grandparents house, so I have many good memories here and I think there is a unique atmosphere. In walking distance you can find the museum, the ancient church with catacombs and all the archeological sites of the town. On Friday nights there are tours of this area that start around 9,00 pm (you buy the tickets at the ethnographic museum), I think this area is very charming especially at night so I highly recommend this tour. The nearest beach is 6 km away, but the island is not so big so every beach is near, on the south east and north west of the island there are sandy beaches and on the south west there are rocks, it is very nice going snorkeling there, and the rocks are very smooth becuse of the winter waves! During the summer you con enjoy the beutiful sea and many festivals. In spring and autumn you can go hiking and trekking and discover the beautiful scenery and the archeological sites hidden in the countryside. Two weeks after Easter on Monday there is the festival of the town. During the winter it is the right place if you want to relax, discover the archeological spots of the island and stay away from crowded places. The winter here is cold but sunny, so if you come from northern Europe you can have a break from the dark even during winter. This house is also a good base for going kite surfing in Punta Trettu. I would recommend coming to Sant'Antioco in June and September, this months are the best because you can enjoy the beautiful beaches when they are almost empty, it is so peaceful and relaxing. The hot weather usually lasts until the end of October. I also like winter in my island, it is the most peaceful moment of the year and the sun shines also during cold days! Guest access you have exclusive access to the bedroom and the bathroom and a part of the terrace. During your stay I organize a self check in, so we will not meet, but if you need anything during your stay you can ask me any time. I live in the house, but as it is quite big we could not meet often, but you can write me for anything you need and I will be happy to help you. It is compulsory for me to register you to the local institutions, so I will need you to send me a picture of both your documents as soon as you arrive.
