As well as that you have unrestricted access to the solar heated pool, spa, gym, tennis court (rackets free upon request)and undercover car park. Other things to note Parking We have one parking spot for our guests. The garage entry height is 2m. And we have a standing up storage box on our car spot. If you drive large car like 4WD, pls make sure your car is within the below measurements: 2.4m width for the car bonnet 1.1 m height for the car bonnet (from the ground to bonnet surface) 3.7m car length There are fee-charging street parking close by if your car doesn't fit into the spot. 2 keys sets We generally provide 1 set of keys 1 garage parking remote control ( to enter the garage to park the car) 1 fob ( to enter the complex) 1 apartment key ( to enter the apartment) but if you need 2keys pls request before your arrival so that we can arrange it. The second set only includes 1 fob and 1 apartment key. If there is loss of keys or any keys haven't been returned to us, the reimbursement to us below is required from the guests. remote control: $150 each fob: $140 each apartment key: $20 each
