Newly finished basement suite with river view

We recently finished our basement and set it up as a suite just for you! The basement suite includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and full closet, a living room, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and coffeemaker, full bath, exercise room which includes a spin bike, free weights and a treadmill and parking is available on our driveway or on our low-traffic street. The basement suite is modern and has a walk-out patio door, large windows and a view of the La Crosse River. The space The basement suite is new and modern. All furniture and decor is well cared for and comfortable. We are located 1 mile from the La Crosse County Fairgrounds & Speedway and are about 25 minutes from UW-L, downtown La Crosse and Viterbo. The La Crosse River can be seen from the kitchenette and from the guest bedroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy the river from our backyard as well! Guest access Guests will access the basement suite via the walk out patio door which provides a private entrance and exit. A large backyard, patio, trampoline (during summer months), and river access is available from the suite. An exercise room with a spin bike, free weights and a treadmill is located in the suite for guest use. Access to the mechanical room in the basement is not permitted. During your stay We run a busy household and want our guests to have the privacy they are looking for. So, guests can expect uninterrupted time in the suite. That said, most days of the week, someone is generally home and available to help with any guest needs. Other things to note Children are more than welcome! And, if you have an infant, we can provide a pack-n-play for use in the suite. The backyard includes a large patio, trampoline (in summer months) and river access which guests are welcome to enjoy by walking out the patio door. A fire pit is situated near the river and arrangements can be made for guests to utilize that as well. Toys, games and children’s movies are available in the suite too!
