We converted an old commercial space into 4 private, self-catering, no-frills, loft-style apartments. Our lofts are just a few blocks from UST, FEU, and popular review centers. Just a 3-minute walk to/from UST's P. Noval Gate. These lofts are designed for students, reviewees, OFWs (vacationing or working on their papers), board/bar examinees, couples, and people traveling to Manila for business or leisure. Our Tiny Lofts have a low ceiling. It's not meant for tall people (6 ft or higher). The space We renovated an old commercial space into 4 Loft-Style Apartments. Loft B is an 18sqm, Loft-Style Apartment that is FULLY FURNISHED with: - Queen-sized (60x75) Bed with Linens and Pillows - Large 42" LED TV with NETFLIX and TV Plus - Dining Table & Chairs - Personal Refrigerator - Complete Kitchenette with Utensils (Induction Stove, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, etc.) - Bathroom with Towels and Toiletries - Built-in Cabinets - 1HP Window-Type AirCon - High-Speed Wifi Internet Maximum of 2 guests only. Check-in : 2:00 pm Check-out : 11:00am This listing is a local, self-catering apartment (affordable, no-frills accommodations), not a hotel (no lobby, concierge, no room service, etc.). Do not book this listing if you want a hotel-style experience. Unlike hotels, our apartments have a kitchen that enables our guests to cook/reheat their own meals. This listing is not ideal for people who are taller than 6 feet. This listing is located on street level, so there is no need to wait a long line for an elevator or walk a huge flight of stairs. Guest access Guests have access to their private loft. Other things to note The traffic situation in the Metro is not getting any better (well, not for while). Finding a place near your place of work/school/business/interest is one of the best decisions you will ever make whether you plan to stay in Manila for a week or for the long term. If you need a temporary place to stay within Manila's University Belt, particularly near UST, FEU, PRC and popular review centers, The Lofts at 1082 P Campa is the solution for you. Everything you will need is just a short walk away. Our Tiny Lofts are located in the ground floor / Street Level. No need to walk a tall flight of stairs, however, being close to the road, you may hear noise from vehicles passing by. Our Tiny Lofts have a low ceiling. It's not meant for tall people (6 feet or higher). This specific Loft has no windows. This listing is not a quarantine facility and it should not be treated as such. Kindly provide the following requirements for each guest: 1. IDs 2. Contact tracing information - Home Address - Mobile number - Email You can attach them to our Airbnb conversation/messaging after you finalize your reservation. ADDITIONAL RULES: CAPACITY - Maximum capacity of 2 guests only. Any additional guest found staying on top of the first 2 guests will be charged P1,500/guest/night. RIGHT TO REFUSE - We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 2pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to MANUALLY send us a message asking us about our EARLY CHECK-IN options. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11AM check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts plus the reimbursement of any cost that we will incur in housing our next guest/s in another airbnb or a nearby hotel. PARKING – FREE Street Parking is available along J. Barlin Street (first come, first served). Another option is the paid street parking along P. Noval Street. We (the host) are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. SMOKING - This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a P5,000 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. PARTIES - There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined P10,000. PETS - Pets are not allowed. MAINTENANCE - Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. CLEANING - Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves and leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of P1,500. This listing has been cleaned and sanitized based on Airbnb’s standard. For your comfort, we continue the flow of air throughout the home which may include the A/C or ceiling fans. These factors may slightly alter the state of the home between the time the housekeeper has finished cleaning and the time you arrive. When you enter the listing, you are bringing in dust, debris, hairs, lint, and other particles. These particles may settle on surfaces within the listing. Please remember to empty the fridge before checking out. All left over food must be thrown into the garbage bin or you can opt to give it to our cleaner/s. CONSERVE ENERGY - Conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights and aircon and unplug phone chargers when you are going to be outside for a long time. COOKING - Light cooking is allowed, but please no deep frying, or anything that will produce lots of smoke. Clean the cooking & dining utensils right after every use so as not to invite insects & bugs inside the unit. ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS - We understand that sometimes plans change. However, please note that any requests for alterations that fall outside of the full refund window, as detailed in our cancellation policy, unfortunately, can't be accommodated. We highly recommend finalizing your booking details within this window to ensure a seamless experience. If you break or damage anything inside the unit, please inform me immediately. No matter how small it may seem, I will appreciate it more if you will be honest and just apologize. And lastly, please make yourself feel at home. Think of this place as your own...take care of it and enjoy it.
