Welcome! If you are looking for a very well-equipped and family-friendly vacation home on the North Sea - you have come to the right place! We are a family with three children and offer our new and cozy semi-detached house as a vacation home. We use the house regularly ourselves and therefore do not consider it a purely commercial property. So we have equipped the house to our own requirements, not only functional, but comfortable and cozy! The space We would like to offer other families with children the opportunity to spend a nice vacation in a cozy and comfortable environment, where maybe grandma and grandpa can also come along. That's why there is enough space in each of our semi-detached houses on an area of approx. 115 m² for up to 8 people in four bedrooms and with a facility that also offers retreat options during the day - for example in rainy weather. The living room offers plenty of space for the whole family and the kitchen is also spacious and equipped with every comfort. Our special attention is paid to the children, because our experience has shown: If the children are happy and relaxed, the parents also really have a vacation! That is why the children's rooms are cheerfully furnished, there is a children's table and chairs, a basic set of games, books, painting equipment, audio plays, etc. In addition to plenty of space, there is also a swing and a sandpit in the garden. The cottage was completed in 2012 and has a plot of about 600 m². It is completely quiet in a cul-de-sac in a grown residential area - not in a vacation home settlement - in the north on the border of Norddeich. In a few minutes you are at the harbor or beach and the city center of Norden with its cultural facilities can be reached by bike in just 10 minutes. Curious? We are glad - please take a look around... We have furnished the house very personally and cozily. The entire ground floor and the upper floor are equipped with tiles and underfloor heating. The pitched roof area is lined with laminate. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers: - Non-smokers / no pets - Wipeable floors throughout the house - Allergy bedding The house offers a spacious garden with a sun terrace. The extensive furnishings also include garden furniture and a grill. On the ground floor there is the vestibule with a wardrobe, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and the sunny south terrace with garden access. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with tandem beds, as well as the second spacious, bright bathroom. A baby cot is also provided. In the large, cozy attic is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and sitting area. Other things to note Linens and towels are to be brought by the guests. Optionally, bed linen can be booked for €15 per set/person and towels €15 per set/person.
