The Fieldbarns sleep up to 12 in 3 spacious, stylish adjoining barns each with fully-equipped kitchens, dining areas and comfy seating around woodburners. The barn-style accommodation is finished to a very high standard and is the ideal place to retreat to. Oak floors and underfloor heating throughout. Divided into three self-contained holiday lets, the Fieldbarns are perfect if visiting the area for a wedding, family gathering or just a weekend-away with friends. Each barn has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other two single beds which can be zipped together to make superkings. Large outdoor area in the wild flower meadow with picnic tables and barbecue. Guests can order home-cooked meals from the Leiths trained host, please ask for details. Please note that the barns are not interconnecting. We do not allow parties. Guest access The Fieldbarns consist of three self-contained and secure holiday homes . Each sleeps up to 4, totalling 12. There is also a boot room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, clothes rail, American-style fridge freezer for extra cold storage and ice maker. Fox Hatch, the middle barn can be set up to seat up to 12 for dining. There is also a large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and barbecue overlooking the fields. Other things to note Coronavirus (Covid-19) Precautionary Measures Our team of cleaners are fully trained and adhere to strict rules regarding PPE, equipment and cleaning products. We have stringent rules where the use of products are concerned and abide by COSHH standards and regulations. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned throughout and to finish all hard surfaces and touch-points are re-sprayed and finished with the appropriate antibacterial and virucidal products before your arrival. We have taken the decision to remove some items from our barns, such as books, nic-nacs, toys, games and flowers and we have reduced the amount of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils to ensure that they can all be run through the dishwasher at its highest setting in time for your stay. Of course, if there is anything you wish in addition we are happy to provide. At the present time we will unfortunately not be providing food from our kitchens but will reassess this as time goes on. We have allocated each barn its own table in the wild flower meadow and removed the barbecue for the time being. If you wish to use it we will bring it out to you. We are also supplying each barn with spare gloves, anti-bac handwash and a mask for each guest should you need them together with cleaning products. In the event that we are informed that a guest staying at the Fieldbarns has Covid-19 we will regrettably ask the guest and their family to leave. In that event or should we be informed that a recently departed guest has tested positive for Covid-19 we will decontaminate the property with the use of a fogging machine and KF E429 chemical at no extra cost and close it for 72 hrs. If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 72hrs of arrival due to COVID-19, we can transfer your booking to another suitable date, however rates may differ between dates. If we are forced to close the Fieldbarns due to COVID-19 bookings can be transferred or cancelled at no charge. Our risk assessment is available should you wish to view. We have tried to incorporate everything we would wish for when staying away from home, including essentials such as tea and coffee, oil, a pint of milk together with White Company products waiting for you on arrival. We are happy to get any local provisions in ready for your arrival and also have some bikes for those who wish to use the local cycle route (50), flitch way or country lanes.
