Private floor in a detached house with garden

Hello :) I rent out the 2nd floor of the single-family home. Kilian lives on the 1st floor (he also has his own bathroom and his own large room). The kitchen, the lower living room (ground floor) and the guest toilet (ground floor) are shared with Kilian and a cat. The cat's name is Cami. She likes to stay on the 2nd floor. She is happy about a caress, but also disappears for several hours through the cat flap in the guest toilet (ground floor). The space The small bathroom and the spacious bedroom (45 m²) that you see in the pictures is exclusively for you. Upon request, additional guests may camp in the garden or sleep on an additional mattress. You share the garden with Kilian and Joshua (their own apartment). In addition, in good weather you can also use our ping pong table and rent a bike or longboard. Guest access There is a key safe for flexible and easy check-in.
