A 2 persons flat with garden and view to the Park in the middle of Hambrug day and night life, Walking distant for almost everywhere, or by bus and by SBahn The space This 2 people flat is already a super flat because of its location, almost inside the Wohlers Park very central , a wonderful place in Hamburg. It is very central and with the Bedrooms overlooking the park is almost a unique view. There is a garden that makes wall to the park as well makes you feel inside a forest... Well a bit exaggerated :) Guest access Most of my guest have had the entirely flat, but as the laws change for hamburg changed, I can just booked the whole flat just 56 days a year, but while we live upstairs, we still can let you guys have the other half the whole year...but you won't hear us, a light wall for your best privacy is on place . we are not a loud people anyway and we can help if you need something, and maybe we meet at the stairs. You have two separate entrances if you need it... Other things to note I ve upgrade beds and downstairs now there is a washing machine , a dryer and a dishwasher and I have expand the working are from the kitchen. so hope you like it.
