Welcome to Villa Pégase! Pleasant bright villa, quiet on Mont Saint Clair, in a green setting. This large "Palmiers" room has a separate entrance after a few steps. You are a 12-minute walk from the beach! Your vehicle can stay here. The Corniche with its shops, restaurants and buses are a 10-minute walk (800 m). ------ I speak fluent English & German. Welcome to our nice villa on the Mont St Clair /Sète La Corniche The space Your room is spacious. A large queen size double bed (160 cm x 2 m) sits in front of the bay window: view of the lemon tree and greenery, you can hear the birds singing. Two armchairs to sit on. Upon request, the sofa can be transformed into a double bed, and a single or baby bed can be added. Advantage of this room: it has a separate entrance. Outside a garden with chairs/coffee table are at your disposal. It welcomes guests in 2 other homes on the upper floor and our family of 4. Our Pegasus villa is located at the bottom of Mont Saint Clair, a quiet residential area of Sète. The advantage of its location is that the beach is a dozen minutes' walk, and the center of the Corniche district is close by to do some shopping, take a bus to the city center or dine at the restaurant. Guest access Large terrace, bathroom, toilet and are shared in a pleasant quiet bright villa on Mont Saint Clair, surrounded by trees including large pines. Private and secure parking on the property. WiFi included. Access to our large kitchen and fridge upon request. You can enjoy the main terrace for meals in the shade (unless you prefer to sit in the garden) or to relax while listening to the cicadas or looking for squirrels. Note that there are stairs and that part of the garden is under development. You have access on request and if you use it respectfully to: our washing machine, ping pong table, foosball, slide and large trampoline. During your stay We are a couple happy to welcome you and dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have advice, plans, documents, loans, books... at your disposal.
