I' m renting a room in my BEAUTIFUL and BRIGHT apartment in the most lively and emblematic district of Paris. It is a typical Haussmann apartment of 94 m2 (1012 ft2), high ceilings, on the 3rd floor without lift, a secure building in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Down the street you will find Rue des Martyr conveniently located near numero shops and amenities grocery stores with delicious food, cafe’, bars, restaurant,cosmetic salon,flowers and great cheese and wine shops. The space The apartment is perfectly located, between Pigalle (5 min walk to Pigalle metro station) and Montmartre ( 3 min walk to Anwers, Sacre Coeur metro station). Only 15 minute walk to l’ Opera and shopping malls. Guest access _The apartment has a comfortable and bright leaving room with fireplace connected to a spacious dining room with a big table and 4 chairs, also functional as a work space. _The bedroom has a double bed on a quite courtyard. _The kitchen is full equipped including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cutleries and all the other appliances, all brand new. _The bathroom has 2 sinks and an Italian shower. It is equipped with hairdryer, towels, shampoo and hair conditioner. Toilet are separate from the bathroom. _Internet: WIFI Fibra with high speed and music speakers. _Cleaning service for free after 6 days of stay. During your stay I will be there to do the check in and show you the apartment.
