Newly renovated apartment with shared bathroom and shared kitchen The space I am renting out a nice new 1-room apartment right in the Bremen district. The room is completely newly renovated, the whole house was renovated two years ago. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave, coffee machine with free pads and everything you need for a "Bremen stay". The room has a TV with a TFT screen. The apartment has a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a spring mattress. There is also a table, chairs and a small shelf available - so everything is there! The apartment has Wi-Fi. The bathroom is also completely newly renovated and is a shared bathroom, which is only shared with another small apartment if guests are there. It is a non-smoking apartment. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are free of charge. In addition, a fully automatic coffee machine with free pads is available. The apartment is basically suitable for two people, but in exceptional cases two more guests can be added. They then sleep on the sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm lying surface. The location of the apartment is excellent for visiting Bremen from here. Whether football (about 1 km), culture (2.2 km), restaurants and bars (right outside the door), from here you can reach everything within walking distance. The Weser with the Osterdeich is only 8 minutes away on foot. Here you can enjoy the sun at the Bremer Schlachte in summer or cool off in the water of the Weser.
