Sleep in as long you want as there are 2 bathrooms and there is no need to wake up early to get ready / fight for it : ) Other than that, it is also equipped:- Car park lot: Option 1:- 1) Limited Indoor parking lot - RM20 per stay 2) A deposit of RM100 each will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be refunded to you once you have return the parking token upon check-out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is 9) No smoking in the unit. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding. 14) No deposit for short-term stay.
