Our house is situated in the picturesque coastal village of Monkstown in a quiet Cul de Sac just off the main road. There are an abundance of upmarket restaurants cafe shops pubs all adjacent to us. We are served well by Public transport.The Dart and Bus service which are a few minutes away by foot. The Aircoach is best to get to our house. We are perfectly situated for sports and concerts The Dart stops at the Aviva Stadium for Rugby, Concerts, and also for concerts in the 3 Arena The space The room we offer has been recently redesigned and totally renovated. We offer, complimentary WiFi, coffee and tea, fresh milk is provided for in the refrigerator, as well as water. The the room itself is very large and spacious it is bright with lots of natural light but has the added bonus of blackout blinds. . We offer ample wardrobe space complete with drawers The beds are extremely comfortable with new memory foam mattresses All bed linen and towels are new. Multichannel T.V Plenty of sockets. Guests have their own private entrance. Guest access Our guest have access to the kitchen for breakfast between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. If for any reason guests require an earlier time that of course that will not be a problem. During your stay I welcome guests on their arrival, go through amenities in the room and help them settle in. I am here to help them with any questions they have.
