Tourist license no: VT-479060-A The space All furnishings, appliances, and equipment in the villa are modern and of high quality, with comfortable beds designed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. High-speed fiber WiFi (up to 300 Mbps) provides excellent connectivity for work, streaming, and entertainment. The villa offers step-free access inside (apart from a small step at the entrance). To reach the property, there is a short walk of about 75 meters from the entrance of the urbanization. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, used by the 46 houses in the community. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the house—our favorite spot and highly recommended. Several other spacious beaches are also just a short drive away. Transport A tram runs every 30 minutes in both directions, offering a convenient way to explore the area without a car. Driving is also an option if you prefer more flexibility. About the Area Neptuno is set in a rural location, making it easy to enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds. Guest access The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, super silent dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. It is very well stocked with kitchenware, making it easy for guests to prepare their own meals – truly a home away from home. For comfort, there is a quiet and powerful air-condition unit (cooling/heating) in the living room, an electric heater in the bathroom, and silent ceiling fans with remote control in the living room and bedrooms. Entertainment includes a new 45" Smart TV with AppleTV and Google Chromecast, allowing guests to stream their own content from mobile devices, tablets, or laptops. Other things to note We are a very active family and loves sports activities. If you are into the same, here are some recommendations: 1. Golf - The villa is perfectly located for golf tours. Our local golf course (Bonalba) is just 15 mins away with a car. Within 45 min driving distance we can provide you a list of 4-5 golf courses. My brother in law is a golf enthusiast arranging golf tours with his friends and colleagues frequently. 2. Bicycling - We have spent many hours bicycling in the hillsides in the area on small roads nearly without traffic and nice asphalt. A lot of locals are using this area for their training. I can propose routes to go if you want to bring your bicycle with you. 3. Diving - Yes, the beautiful Mediterranean sea is available for you with various PADI centers pretty close. Visibility 10 - 25m I would say it is average and with rich sea life. I normally go by car to Benidorm and dive around the Benidorm island (takes little time and easy to combine with family). There are many sites to go from Calpe to Cartagena. Use the opportunity if you are a certified diver. Of course, PADI centers offer a complete setup depending on your wishes. 4. Kitesurfing in this area depends upon thermic winds which normally starts at 13h and lasts until 18h (average wind speeds 5 - 10m/s). For sure, this is not Tarifa but if you are on vacation with your family and want to combine with some kitesurfing (as me), there is a kitesurfing beach available for you at Santa Pola (30 min drive from the house). Actually, this is the only spot legal for kitesurfing. There are a lot of local kiters using this spot offering flat water and doable on almost all wind directions. Check Windguru.cz. If you want to learn to kitesurf, Parres Water Sport offers classes and rental of equipment at the site in the summer season (English speaking).
