The simple reason is that it’s made of expensive local marble and we want to be sure about the degree of education and respect of the guests before allowing access. Experience showed a good fit for a clientele that wants to use Ondina as a luxury suite and favors eating at the restaurant during their holiday. Usage of external kitchen can be granted on a one-off basis and compatibly with its use by owners, it simply shouldn’t be the norm. Fridge in Ondina is a Smeg design fridge, big enough for keeping plenty of drinks cold and some food at need, but it’s not a big fridge for a “cooking” standard usage.
