Private rooms in Twinbrooks Mansion! It is a luxury newly built cottage with private bedroom and bathroom. Lovely outdoor patio to enjoy the sun. It takes 10 mins drive to Octagon and University. Located at a private location, 3 mins drive to supermarket and restaurants. It provides underground heating to keep the house warm, dish washer, etc are included. This is everything you need for a warm and comfortable stay. We speak your language! (Cantonese and Mandarin) The space Private car parks available. Due to Covid-19 safety measures, No breakfast provided, sauna and spa can only be used by appointment (extra cost may apply). Guest access Guests would have private access from their room and the whole ground floor which contains 3 living areas that is available to use. During your stay I would be happy to provide assistance and show you around the property during the stay if needed. Other things to note We could provide airport pick up and drop off with an extra charge of 50NZD in total for up to 8 people. Or We could arrange a helicopter tour around Dunedin (30mins) with extra charge of 1500NZD/tour for up to 6 people. Pick up from Dunedin airport and drop off at the property.
