At Emigrant's Inn, we are the closet Boutique Hotel to Main Street situated on the corner of Washington and Main, walk to the Nimitz Museum, and directly across from Twisted Sister's Bakery. The décor in this boutique hotel is designed to give you a simple sanctuary away from the stress and worries of your everyday life and lull you into the hypnotic carefree lifestyle that only the locals of Fredericksburg can show you. The space You will have everything that you need for a stay away from home. If you are missing something please don't hesitate to ask if we have it or ask if we can point you in the right direction to find it. Guest access You have access to the parking lot that is paved, please don't park in the gravel, that lot belongs to another business and they will have your car towed away! Every guest is provided with a parking pass for the car dashboard. Please use this pass and if you plan to have visitors please give us a heads up. This is also posted in your welcome book, in the check in instructions, and if I see you I will kindly remind you just in case too. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we do have construction starting on our new hotel next-door. The crew will do their best to be mindful of their work hours to not disturb you during your stay, if you have concerns about this we can discuss rooms that are available on the opposite side of the building. We are building The Emigrant, an upscale hotel, and restaurant next door, so there is construction next door. It probably won't impact your stay. This room is located downstairs. The fireplace does NOT work.
