Our little vacational house offers relaxing and cosyness. Located in the old fisherman's quarter El Palo in 2017 it was completely renovated, refurbished and decorated with lots of love. It's a perfect fit for families with 2 kids and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, A/C, a Chill-Out-Corner in the mezzanin and outdoor spaces as there are a Patio and a roof-terrace. All that just a 3 minutes walk away from the beach. The space The house was furbished with collector's pieces and upcycling items. Spend your relaxing vacations in the living room, the Chill-Out-Corner in the mezzanin or outdpprs in the patio (little yard) or on the roof terrace. All rooms have windows for your comfort. If it's too hot or too cold enjoy the air condition or the big ceiling fan. The house is located in a dead end street without any access of cars. For being located in Spain it's amazingly quiet. Other things to note It's just a 3 minutes walk to the beach. All shops you'll need (such as bakeries, butchers, fruit shops, fish shop, the Markethall, supermarkets, etc.) are all around the corner within a max 2 minutes walk.
