The space The house is spread across two floors. On the lower floor there are two living rooms, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen with access to the furnished outdoor atrium. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with access to a large balcony overlooking the sea. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the villa and lobby. The large garden is for non-exclusive use. Other things to note The marina of Leuca is a 5-minute walk away, where you can organize cave tours and rent boats/rafts. Free beach/rocks and shores 100 meters from the house. The tourist tax must be paid on site at the time of check-in.
