It's a safe community and neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. We are walking distance to three major grocery store chains and assorted shopping areas. There are several beautiful parks nearby. We are near I-94 and US 23. Access to the apartment is easy. The AATA buses come regularly to stops within easy walking distance of the house. Roads and streets are well maintained, and are easy to get around on. We welcome long term stays. We extend a 40% discount for guests that stay a month or more; and a 30% discount for those who stay for a week.
