It is a house from 1882, restored in 2004, but leaving all the characteristic elements of the houses of Castellammare of the late 19th century such as the original majolica and the wooden doors and windows, suitably soundproofed. It is a building spread over 3 floors for the exclusive use of guests. The space The house is arranged as follows: - FIRST FLOOR: bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, wardrobe, large window, fan and a coffee table with chairs. - SECOND FLOOR: from the landing you can access the main bathroom and the master bedroom, large and spacious, with a double bed, balcony and air conditioning. -THIRD FLOOR: here there is the kitchen with a large window and a high roof suitably equipped with various kinds of dishes. From the kitchen, you can access the living room, a large space with a high ceiling equipped with blades for ventilation, a large balcony/window (visible in the photo), and a loft. The space is furnished with a dining table and armchairs. Guest access The house is given for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, with no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
