Seaside Town- 3 Bedroom- Walking Distance to Beach

A house located in a lively harbour town. At the bottom of the garden there is a large park with children’s play area and numerous playing fields that hold regular rugby and football matches. The town centre is a 2 minute walk away and has many shops, pubs, restaurants and a train station. The beautiful harbour and beach are just over a 5 minute walk away and from there you can choose to spend the afternoon on the beach or take a walk or cycle along the stunning coastal path. The space Welcome to Glanwern House. There are 3 bedrooms with one king size bed, one double and a triple bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top). There are also two private parking spaces at the bottom of the garden. There is one bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. We have a well equipped kitchen where you should be able to find everything you need. Including range cooker, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a cosy living area, with TV. There is a large garden in the rear with an outdoor picnic bench for eight. There is also a separate seating area with a sofa set. There is a gate at the bottom of the garden that leads to the parking area, playing fields and children's park. We have a logburner, and plenty of well seasoned wood to keep you cosy on the cooler nights. Arriving by car? There is a private parking area to the rear of the property with space for two cars. There is also public parking to the front of the property, which you may want to use when loading and unloading. We kindly ask guests to only occupy one space here, as it is also used by other local residents. Please take care not to block the road at the front of the property as it is a thoroughfare. Please note: I require all guests to have uploaded their government ID to their profile before I can accept the booking. Please ensure that this is done prior to requesting to book.
