Although the pool and outside hottub are CLEARLY listed as shared, you guys won't believe how many people actually ask if they can have the pool or outside hottub just to themselves lol.. Don't stay crammed in a hotel when you can stay close to town on a spacious 3 acres country setting with lots of space between you and the next guest room AND 100% rating on cleanliness. Other things to note During the Winter months Jan 1st-March 15th there is a one time fee of $10 to use the Hot tub throughout your stay. You must notify us and pay the fee at least 3 days prior to arrival. Get a 1 half hour free massage when you book 4 nights! . * ask before booking about massage schedule to make sure it's available! Pet owners: Pets must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. There is a $65 pet charge per pet. Pet owners: Pets are NEVER to be allowed on beds, sheets, blankets or comforters. Pets are to be picked up after with baggies which are to be deposited in bin for this purpose. Any property damage including but not limited to damage to furniture, soiled carpets, or soiled bed apparel will forfeit security deposit. Owner's pool is not part of the rental agreement.
