Suite along Mississippi River - close to downtown

Spacious guest suite in one of the most lovely neighborhoods of South Minneapolis. Located along the beautiful, mighty Mississippi River with nature and recreational opportunities at our doorstep. Very close to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and the University of MN. Many tasty spots for a variety of food and beverages all around us. You will have everything you need including a newly added kitchenette in the suite, private bathroom/shower, laundry room and access to backyard patio. The space The suite is located in the large, apartment-like lower level of our home and is easily accessed from the main floor front door entrance. The suite is yours alone. We do not have other guests outside of this space. The suite is airy, bright and pleasant. The kitchenette in the suite has all you need for cooking should you want to stay in to eat. You can also use our outdoor grill during nice-weather months. Dependable wi-fi and plenty of space to set up for work should you need to put in some hours while here. Smart TV. Sonos radio. Large ensuite bathroom with roomy shower. Sofa/daybed, dining/worktable, chairs, and nice amenities abound. Guest access Feel free to use our front living area if you would like to do so! Quiet backyard patio to enjoy. I can provide a bicycle and/or direct you to where you can rent bikes. This is a cyclist's paradise with paved, protected trails along the river and to the city lakes! During your stay I check you in and visit as you would like. Never hesitate to ask for information or assistance! Other things to note My husband and I live in the home while you are here. We are generally around and available to assist as needed. However, we leave you to your privacy and allow you to set the level of interaction you would like. Registration Details Exempt
