This well-kept and attractive terraced house is located in a very beautifully designed complex about 2 km from the village of Ferragudo. The house is just a few minutes from the beach "Praia dos Caneiros" and two other beaches "Praia do Pintadinho" and "Praia de Mole". This offers our guests a fantastic location. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 110 sqm house is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful garden. The space Our dreamlike house offers every vacationer the perfect location. 3-5 minutes' walk to our two house beaches, 5 minutes' drive to Ferragudo, 15 minutes' drive to Albufeira. From the balconies and the roof terraces you have a fabulous sea view. In our beautiful garden, the evening can end with a BBQ and a good bottle. Parking is not possible in the garden because of the irrigation system Other things to note The house is only about 2 km from the idyllic fishing village of Ferragudo. Ferragudo is considered one of the most picturesque places in the Algarve. The reason for this lies on the one hand in its geographical location at the mouth of the Arade opposite the city of Portimão and on the other hand in its pretty townscape. Many small pubs and bars make Ferragudo a lively place. And a cozy one, as there is no "mass handling" here. The central square is the marketplace, which is located right next to the harbor. Cafes and restaurants have tables and chairs outside. Here I could sit for hours, enjoy the sun and watch people. Since Ferragudo is quite centrally located, it is a good starting point for many activities. In the village or in the hotel, you can book a wide variety of activities with the tour providers. For example, a trip to the idyllic bathing coves of the Felsalgarve or a boat tour up the Rio Arade to Silves. The house beach Praia dos Caneiros offers everything your heart needs and is only a 5-minute walk from your vacation home. On foot and by car, this beach is suitable for all ages.
