The complex consists of two houses and offers a total of space for at least 18 people. The spacious property with a large garden, sauna and a natural swimming pond invites you to relax. Thanks to the open architecture and the generous glass fronts, the rooms are flooded with light and particularly friendly. Several terraces and cosy niches make living in this house a little adventure. A total of 5 bathrooms with toilet and shower are available. The space The garden: The outdoor area offers a lot of meadow and is very nicely structured. You can also retreat or seek shade from one of the many trees or shrubs. Spread on the property there are a few hammock fixtures, hammocks are available. Table tennis included rackets and balls, sun loungers, parasols, grills are available. There is a campfire place where you can make a cozy fire in the evening, please get wood from the adjacent forest. Bathing pond: The pond was rebuilt in 2018. Villach is a 20-minute drive away. There are some supermarkets within 2km. Tennis players have a very inexpensive tennis court in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer swimming pools in the lakes, you have 3 minutes by car to the Wertschach Bergbad with panoramic views and spacious complex with mini golf course. Also for equestrian sports in Nötsch, 2 km away from the house, there is a horse farm. There are plenty of retreat spots to deal with existing games and books.
