The apartment is located in the ideal center of Sofia. It's just a short walk from the metro, Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Vasil Levski Monument, the Gallery of Foreign Arts, the National Art Gallery, the National Library, Sofia University, many cafes, restaurants and bars and green parks. The space Built by my grandma in the late 1950's, this is the place where my family lived for over 60 years and where my brother and I grew up. Now the apartment is completely reconstructed and newly furnished. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for short or long-term stay. The bedroom has a king-size bed and work space. Next to it is the living room with comfortable sofa, coffee table and dining spot. Both rooms have free WiFi access, TV, air conditioners. There is enough storage space, bed linen, blankets and towels. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook your own meals. There are stove, fridge, dish washer, coffee machine, hot water jug, all kind of pots, etc. You can use also the washing machine and the dryer placed in the corridor. The whole apartment is centrally heated during the winter and provides hot water 24/7. The tap water in the apartment is drinkable as well as in the city. I recomment it. Keep in mind that the building has no elevator so you should be ready to climb stairs to the 4th floor. The apartment faces Vasil Levski boulevard. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Please note that pursuant to the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the National Tourist Information System. Upon check in you will have to fill in a registration form, which is available in the apartment.
