The owners live on the upper floor, but let their guests enjoy the pool and hot tub in absolute relaxation, avoiding occupying the common areas during their presence. The accommodations have a private entrance, garden, and terrace. The Smeraldo room is equipped with a private bathroom, a double bed, a single bed, a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Outside the room, there is a private terrace equipped with a gazebo, barbecue, table, chairs, and sofa where you can dine in peace on warm summer evenings with stunning coastal views.
