This vacation apartment, renovated in 2018, is located in the heart of the UNESCO heritage of the Cinque Terre, exactly where the most beautiful path of this magnificent territory begins: in Volastra, 2 km above Manarola. The apartment (45 sqm) can accommodate 4 guests: there is 1 double bedroom, 1 infrared sauna, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed. The space This holiday apartment, renovated in 2018, is located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and Cinque Terre National Park, exactly where the most beautiful trail in this magnificent area begins: in Volastra, 2 km above Manarola. This path crosses our vineyards and leads from Volastra to Corniglia at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level with an unparalleled and unforgettable breathtaking view. The path is well walkable, you can walk well even when it is very hot because it is flat and the last part descends towards the town of Corniglia. The path that descends from Volastra to Manarola is also fabulous and not to be missed! The trails start just 1 minute from our apartment. Staying with us you will have not only the comfort of a newly renovated house but also an exclusive free private parking in our olive groves (100 meters from the apartment), which is rare in the Cinque Terre where parking for holiday guests is scarce. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine (American/German and Italian type), washing machine (in the building), 40" TV, free wifi, gas, water and electricity. The accommodation tax is to be paid at check-in in cash (Euro) and is regulated by the Municipality as follows: 3 euros per person/night for the first 3 nights of the stay. From the fourth night, no tourist tax is required. It is located on the second floor and from the windows of the bedroom and the living room you can enjoy the view of the village and the sea. In the garden on the ground floor you will have a table with 4 chairs and 1 deck chair. In the beautiful village of Volastra you will find 1 grocery store with bread, fresh fruit and vegetables and 1 restaurant with terrace. You will also find the Chiosco del Sole 🔆 Volastra (see in Google), just 40 meters from the holiday apartment) with tables outside in the beautiful garden with centuries-old olive trees where you can have breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner (pasta, salad, stuffed focaccia, hamburgers, hot dogs). (Breakfasts only in the months from May to September, from 8:30 a.m.; the Kiosk is closed in case of rain or strong wind). Volastra is very well connected with Manarola and therefore with the rest of the Cinque Terre by public transport: every hour approx. (in summer until 10:45 p.m.) there is a connection from Manarola to Volastra with a Cinque-Terre-Bus that takes only 10 minutes to arrive (and vice versa of course). The 5 largest towns of the Cinque Terre, namely Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, are connected to each other by frequent train and boat trips. Therefore, a stay with us lends itself to leaving the car stationary and exploring the area with the convenient network of public transport, among other things all contained in the Cinque-Terre-Card. Unlike many apartments and B&Bs you find online that use the name "Cinque Terre" in their advertisements and search engines but are far from the Cinque Terre, for example in La Spezia, Riccò del Golfo, etc., you will never waste time getting to the heart of the Cinque Terre because you are right there, exactly in the center of this magnificent land! In addition to exploring in detail this land of 5 villages kissed by the sea, the sun and beauty, you can also take a trip by car, train or boat to other interesting places such as Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Sestri Levante, Levanto, Carrara and the Apuan Alps, Versilia, Viareggio and Pisa. For children, we provide a high chair and/or travel cot. You will find a municipal playground just 1 minute from the apartment and for the older ones also a soccer field. Our prices are absolutely affordable, despite the fact that you will find yourself in one of the most central points of the Cinque Terre.
