This holiday apartment renovated in 2018 is in the heart of the UNESCO heritage of the Cinque Terre, exactly where the most beautiful path of this magnificent territory begins: in Volastra 2 km above Manarola. The space This holiday apartment, renovated in 2018, is located in the heart of the UNESCO heritage site and Cinque Terre National Park, exactly where the most beautiful path in this magnificent area begins: in Volastra, 2 km above Manarola. This trail runs through our vineyards and leads from Volastra to Corniglia at 300 meters above sea level with an unparalleled and unforgettable breathtaking view. The path is well walkable, you can walk well even when it is very hot because it is flat and the last part descends towards the village of Corniglia. Even the path that descends from Volastra to Manarola is fabulous and not to be missed! The trails start just 1 minute from our apartment. Staying with us you will not only have the comfort of a newly renovated house but also a free private exclusive parking in our olive groves (100 meters from the apartment), which is rare in the Cinque Terre where parking is scarce for vacation guests. We will find included in the price: bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (American/German and Italian type), washing machine (in the building), 40"TV, free WiFi, gas, water and electricity. The accommodation tax is payable at check-in in cash (Euro) and is regulated by the Municipality as follows: 3 euros per person/night for the first 3 nights of the stay. As of the fourth night, no tourist tax is required. It is located on the second floor and from the windows of the bedroom and living room you can enjoy the view of the town and the sea. In the ground floor garden you will have a table with 4 chairs and 1 deck chairs. In the beautiful village of Volastra you will find 1 grocery store with bread, fruit and fresh vegetables and 1 restaurant with terrace. You will also find the Chiosco 🔆 del Sole Volastra (seen in Google), just 40 meters from the holiday apartment) with tables outside in the beautiful garden with centuries-old olive trees where you can have breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner (pasta, salad, stuffed buns, burgers, hot dogs). (Breakfast only in the months of May to September, from 8.30 am; the Kiosk is closed in case of rain or strong wind). Volastra is well connected to Manarola and therefore with the rest of the Cinque Terre by public transport: every hour approx. (in summer until 10.45 pm) there is a connection from Manarola to Volastra with a Cinque-Terre-Bus that only takes 10 minutes to get there (and vice versa of course). The 5 major towns of the Cinque Terre, namely Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, are connected to each other by frequent train and boat runs. Therefore, a stay with us lends itself to leaving the car parked and exploring the area with the convenient public transport network, among other things all included in the Cinque-Terre-Card. Unlike many apartments and B&Bs that you find online that use the name "Cinque Terre" in their advertisements and search engines but are located far from the Cinque Terre, for example in La Spezia, Riccò del Golfo, etc., you will never waste time to get to the heart of Cinque Terre because you are right there, exactly in the center of this magnificent land! In addition to exploring in every detail this land of the 5 villages kissed by the sea, sun and beauty you can also visit by car, train or boat from here in other interesting places such as Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Sestri Levante, Levanto, Carrara and the Apuan Alps, Versilia, Viareggio and Pisa. For children we provide a high chair and/or travel cot. Find a municipal playground just 1 minute from the apartment and for the older even a soccer field.
