Other things to note Free parking Chemin des ramparts (except during the Francofolies) 10 minutes away or in one of the relay car parks around the city, with shuttle bus La Rochelle is a city almost without a car. Parking is available for a few minutes to unload and load the car. Free parking in the Chemin des Remparts, 10 minutes' walk away, or in one of the Park & Rides (Parking-Relais) arous the town, with a shuttle bus into the center. La Rochelle is an almost car-free town, with priority given to pedestrians and cyclists. Possibility to park for a few minutes near the studio to drop off and pick up bags/cases.
