The space 50 sqm 1st floor mezzanine perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. WI-FI. Very close to Cathedral and Capo Market. Free parking lot, No Limited Traffic Zone Ticket. Drive and park the car few steeps away. Air conditioning, heating, double glazing windows. Large double bed, equipped kitchen with table and sofa + comfortable bathroom with window. Small but cozy with low roofs of 2.20mt the only exception to the entrance where for a very small stretch the roof is only 1.90mt. In the historic center the small building in which we live keeps the original staircase, narrow and with high steps, while the facade and the interiors are freshly restored. After 8 steps you reach the mezzanine floor where you will find the Colombo's Flat. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a couple. Internet wi-fi. Each room has a glass door with a double glazing, mosquito nets, air conditioner and heating. Being a mezzanine first floor the roofs are only 2.20 meters high and the apartment is not so bright. Composed of a small entrance corridor where for a while the roof is only 1.90 meters high, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a chest of drawers and a comfortable desk. A small living room-kitchen with a sofa and an antique table with four chairs. Corner kitchen with four burners.
