This duplex apartment has a privileged view over the sea, the attic top gives it a particular charm and the simple and comfortable decor reflects this. The colors used are lively and cheerful, and the patterns modern! Some details remind us of an old Ericeira and its beautiful history! It is located on one of the most beautiful streets in the village, the beach is right next door! The space This apartment is located on one of the most typical streets of Ericeira, beautiful white and blue houses that reflect the sunlight and remind us of the waves of the sea! It is only 50 meters from the beach, so we smell the sea at all times. It is a building rehabilitated only for Local Accommodation, located in one of the most typical streets of Ericeira near the beaches (2-minute walk), and the center of the village where you can find a pharmacy, banks, restaurants, bars, etc. The street is busy with people walking and cars passing by, especially on weekends and holidays. The simple and tasteful decor was designed to offer comfort to our guests and, at the same time, include typical elements of Portuguese culture, such as tiles and earthenware! The apartments have all the necessary household equipment for an unforgettable stay, bed linen, bath and beach towels and free Wi-Fi. Guest access To get to Ericeira, you can come by bus through the Mafrense company, transfer (upon reservation, we can book for you, ask us for a quote by message!) or by your own car. You can park on the street, outside the high season it is quite easy to arrange a place nearby, or you can use one of the outdoor parking lots in Ericeira (São Sebastião Public Park 10 min), because inside the village and in the summer it can be difficult to park... however, once parked you can leave your car on vacation! In the center of the village, there is everything you need for your vacation on foot! Other things to note The streets of Ericeira are old and narrow, there may be noise from the passage of cars and people. The village of Ericeira is very old and so there are always houses to be renovated in some part of the village, however during July and August any type of construction is prohibited. Check-in is autonomous, guests must provide their identification data by filling out an online form. This request complies with Portuguese law. The number of guests allowed is the one described in the reservation made, extra guests are not allowed. The Municipal Tourist Tax will also be charged, which fully reverts to the favor of the municipality. The amount is 2.40€ /person/night until a maximum of 7 nights (1.20€ from 1 October to 31 May) and children up to 12 years old are exempt from paying.
