This pet-friendly retreat comfortably sleeps your group and features a 6-person saltwater hot tub, propane stove, and direct river access. The space Welcome to your rustic wooden chalet, designed for connection and relaxation. The main level features a warm, inviting open-concept space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, an 8-person dining table, and a plush leather sectional in the living room. Entertainment & Work: Cozy up in the lower level for a movie night on the 70” smart TV. Enjoy our Nintendo Switch and PS4 for some friendly competition. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi are available for those mixing work and play. Sleeping Arrangements: Main Level: Two private bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upper Level: A spacious third bedroom with two queen beds, and two twin beds. Loft: An open loft area with an additional queen bed. Relaxation & Outdoor Space: Soothe your muscles in the second bathroom's jetted tub. The large deck is your private oasis, featuring a 6-person saltwater hot tub perfect for stargazing. Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and a selection of children's books and toys. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and its 2-acre property. This includes the 2-car garage, which is perfect for easy parking in any season. The only exception is a locked owner's closet located in the basement where we keep personal items. Other things to note Please note there is no direct access to snowmobile or ATV trails from the property. To access these trail systems, you will need to trailer your vehicles to the public parking lot in Kingfield.
