Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. With incredible walks right from the door, a good local pub close by and the idyllic town of Crickhowell only 5 miles away. To see our Shepherds huts click on our profile The space This victorian carriage originally used in the construction of the reservoir at the head of the valley has a picture window that slides open onto a deck with the most amazing views, The carriage has been restored with our own hard wood a hand built bespoke kitchen and wood burner for all your home comforts while its blissfully soft double bed has generous storage space beneath, A fabulous wet room, dining table and two comfy leather chairs complete the furnishing. Guest access Spring Farm looks onto the northern slopes of The Sugar Loaf mountain, with easy access for walkers and mountain bikers, while close by there are opportunities for horse riding, canoeing and even gliding and many more activities. Other things to note Spring Farm is a working small holding. There are a menagerie of animals living on the farm. Whilst we welcome you to bring your own furry friend, we must ask that you consider our animal residents, both domesticated and wild, when bringing a dog.
